Rec age groups are updated for each fall season and remain the same for the following spring season. They are based on calendar birth years.

Players are not allowed to "play down" to a younger age group. In general, requests to "play up" to an older age group will not be approved unless there is some exceptional reason.

Fall 2025 and Spring 2026 Age Groups

U06 — 2020 birthdays

U07 — 2019 birthdays

U08 — 2018 birthdays

U10 — 2016 and 2017 birthdays

U12 — 2014 and 2015 birthdays

U14 — 2012 and 2013 birthdays

U18 — 2011 through 2007 birthdays (cannot be above 18 and must be in school—no graduates)
